- TOUGH WOD BUT FUN. LOVE DOUBLE UNDERS AND PULLUPS SO IT WAS NICE. THE OHS WERE KILLER AND WE ERE GETTING CRUSHED WITH SNOW OUTSIDE SO IT WAS VERY SLIPPERY ON THE RUN BUT DEF A GOOD WOD. THINK I COULD HAVE WENT FASTER TOOK OME LONG BREAKS WITH THE OVERHEAD SQUATS ESPECIALLY ON ROUND 1 PACED TO MUCH.
