ON THE MINUTE EVERY MINUTE DROP THE BAR AND RUN 40 METERS. ONCE YOU GET BACK PICK THE BAR UP AND START THRUSTING UNTIL THE NEXT MINUTE. WORKOUT IS FINISHED WHEN YOU REACH 100 THRUSTERS.
