** previous PR was 7:48 but this time rings were about 4 inches off ground . Last time were rings were knuckle length above ground. The extra depth was killer on this one. ***

IN 7 MINUTES ROW 1000M THEN DO AS MANY TURKISH GETUPS AS POSSIBLE
