MY TIME UNWEIGHTED IS 6:07 DID NOT THINK I WOULD DOUBLE MY TIME BUT THAT WEIGHTED VEST TOOK IT TO ME.
**TODAY WAS A TOUGH DAY JUST GETTING MY BODY READY FOR THE FEELING OF PITSBURGH. WILL START DO CUT BACK NEXT WEEK TO A LITTLE MORE HEAVY METCONS AND ONLY DOUBLE AND SINGLES. THE WEEK OF WILL DO 1 STRENGTH DAY AND SOME SMALLER METCONS.**
