MY TIME - - DID 30 MIN OF YOGA BEFORE THIS. ATTEMPTED TO START THIS WORKOUT AND CALLED IT RIGHT OFF AFTER RD 1 OF DEADLIFTS. WILL ATTEMPT NEXT WEEK.

MY TIME = ??? VERY DIFFICULT THE 800 M RUN TOOK A WHILE. WE MADE THE RULE YOU CANNOT REST YOUR ARMS ON THE TREADMILL FRONT.
