- MY LOWER BACK WAS KILLING ME FROM YESTERDAYS BEAR COMPLEX ALONG WITH THE KB SWINGS.  DEF A TOUGH WOD. THOUGHT I WOULD GET AROUND 11 BUT CRAPPED THE BED.
