- TOUGHHHHH WOD. WENT TO CROSSFIT APEX AND DID THIS WAS A TON OF BEASTS. IT WAS NICE TO HAVE PEOPLE THERE TO PUSH YOU TO YOUR ABSOLUTE BREAKING POINT. THE FIRST 3 ROUNDS OF BURPEE PULLUPS WAS AT THE 8FT BAR SO THAT WAS KIND OF HIGH FOR ME BUT DOABLE. ONCE I WENT DOWN TO THE 7FT BAR IT BECAME ALOT EASIER. THE K2E I DID UNBROKEN EXCEPT ROUNDS 3 AND 4 DROPPED OFF ONCE EACH ROUND.
