MY TIME = 13:29 (I WAS DYING ON THIS. PR'D MY 30 MUSCLEUPS WITH A 2:51, GOT TO THE SNATCHES AND WAS TOASTED. IT WAS LIKE 90 DEGREES OUT. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IN A WHILE I WORKED OUT BY MYSELF AND ITS VERY EASY TO REST AND TAKE UR TIME WHEN YOU ARE TIRED.
