- DID THE MUSCLE UPS UNBROKEN PRETTY EASILY ROUND 1. THE FORWARD ROLLS MADE YOU DIZZY AS HELL, THE PISTOLS I STRUGGLED A LITLE CAUSE WE DID KAREN 15 MINUTES BEFORE THAT . I PR'D DISTANCE ON MY HANDSTAND WALK. MADE IT A FULL 50 FT BEFORE FALLING. FUN WOD DEF SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
