MY TIME - 4:52 - rxd - easy wod front squats went real quick first 4 rounds unbroken pullups then sets of 1 but strung together superfast with good form.

hspu became very difficult after round 2 bc i did them yesterday as well as the burpees and mountain climbers adding up and using your arms so much.
