- VERY TOUGH WOD. THE WEIGHTED VEST MADE EVERYTHING SUCK. MY CALVES ARE PRETTY BURNT FROM YESTERDAYS DOUBLE FLIGHT SIMULATOR ATTEMPT.

- HAD TO DO THIS ON THE TREADMILL DO TO THE FACT THAT IM A HUGE WUSS AND HATE THE COLD WEATHER. HAD TO RUN TO ANOTHER ROOM TO DO THE 400 M RUNS RUN BACK TO THE OTHER ROOMS TO DO THE PULLUPS AND SQUATS.
