B. 8X2 BANDED DL @ 275# W BLUE BAND TENSION

C. 6X1 SQUAT CLEAN - DEADLIFT - HANG SQUAT CLEAN
215#-225#-235#-245#-255#

D. 2K ROW - 50 PISTOLS - 30 HANG CLEANS (225)
- GOT 13-15 REPS INTO THE WOD AND THINK I TORE SOMETHING IN MY HAND.  FINISHED UP WITH 20 REPS AND HAD 2:30 ON THE CLOCK REMAINING BUT MY HAND IS MESSED UP AND AM NOT ABLE TO LIFT ANYTHING AT ALL AT THE MOMENT.  HOPEFULLY FEELS BETTER TM.
