* HAND IS FEELING A LITTLE BETTER.  STILL CANT DO ANY OLIFTS BUT AM ABLE TO PUT WEIGHT ON MY HANDS AND AM ABLE TO GRIP THE PULLUP BAR SLIGHTLY.  HOPEFULLY WILL BE ALL GOOD BY THIS WEEKEND.
