- CAME STORMING OUT OF THE GATES ON RD 1 AND RAN A 1:21 FIRST 400M.  DIED FROM THERE.  IF I COULD REDO IT WOULD HAVE PACED A LITTLE MORE ON THE RUN AND BUSTED OUT THE OHS.  GREAT WOD. LEGS ARE SHOT GONNA TAKE A ACTIVE REST DAY TOMORROW!
