1 WOD + NEW YEARS RESOLUTION

NEW YEARS RESOLUTION
- HAD AN AWESOME SKI TRIP WITH MY WIFE, MY BRO AND HIS GF. ON THE SLOPES I WAS THINKING HOW TO MAKE MYSELF A MUCH BETTER CROSSFITTER. GOING UP THE SKI LIFT I WAS LIKE THINKING I WILL RUN A 400M HILL SPRINT EVERYDAY TILL SECTIONALS. SO ONE MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTION IS TO RUN A 400M HILL SPRINT EVERYDAY FOLLOWED DIRECTLY BY AN ALL OUT 500M ROW.
